ARTICLE 1

Tourist Office Du Rhône aux Gorges de l’Ardèche (The organiser) organizes a free contest, for anyone interested in winning a 2 days moutain-bike trip in South Ardèche. Participation requires the entire acceptation of the contest regulation by all the participants.

Article 2

Participation in this contest is free, without obligation to purchase and open to anyone aged from 18-years-old and criminally responsible. Participation is open to everyone living outside France , having an Internet access and an email address.

Article 3

Interested users may submit their contact details by filling the contact form on the contest page online : http://test.rhone-gorges-ardeche.com/en/tourisme-sud-gorges-ardeche-vallee-rhone/contest-france-today/ . Participants will give, their surname, name, full address, phone number and email address. At the end of the contact form, they will have to click and accept the present rules in order to submit their participation. A confirmation message will appear afterwards to confirme participation has been saved.

The deadline for filling the form is 31 December 2019 24:00 UTC. A sweepstake will be organized later for appointing the only winner.
The name of the winner will be announced from 6 January 2020.The winner will be contacted by the Organiser via email message.

ARTICLE 4

The winner will receive a voucher for a 2-day moutain-bike break in Southern Ardèche. The 2 day break includes accommodation, dinner, e-mountain bike rental, activities and discovery for 2 adultes. The voucher is valid until 30 June 2020.

No prize will be awarded to the other voters.

Prizes will be offered as they were announced. No modifications required by the winner (dates, services, accommodation), compensation or financial equivalent will be accepted.

ARTICLE 5

If subsequently a case of force majeure, for technical reasons or for any other reason accidentally, the competition must be cancelled, postponed or interrupted, the organiser shall not be held responsible.

The contest organiser can substitute a service included in the prize by another one, with an equivalent or superior value in case of unavailability of the service, without any reclamation to be made with regard to this.
If one of the services included in the prize announced couldn’t be offered for reasons independent from the organiser’s will, no financial compensation or financial equivalent can be requested.

In addition, the Organiser’s responsibility cannot be accepted under any circumstances in case of problems with routing and / or loss of email. More particularly, the Organiser cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, or possible implications on their personal, professional or commercial.

The Organiser cannot be held responsible if one or more participants were unable to connect to the site or to participate in the game due to a technical fault or any problem including but not limited to / in: (1) the network congestion; (2) a human error or electrical origin; (3) any malicious intervention; (4) the link telephone; (5) hardware or software; (6) any malfunction of software or hardware; (7) a force majeure; (8) disturbances that could affect the smooth running of the game.

ARTICLE 8

The participants’ name, e-mail address and postal address are collected to send out the prize. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), any participant has a right of access and rectification of personal data concerning him and may oppose the processing of this information by writing to the address of the Organiser of the game contest: Tourist Office Du Rhône Aux Gorges de l’Ardèche – 46 rue Olivier de Serres – 07700 BOURG-SAINT-ANDEOL – FRANCE

ARTICLE 9

In case of reclamations, for any reason, requests must be sent by email to the contest’s organiser within 15 days. The email address is : contact@rhone-gorges-ardeche.com . The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute which would occur on the occasion of the excecution of this regulation. In the event of final disagreement, and subject to legal provisions, the tribunal of Aubenas shall be solely competent.
