An offbeat one-and-a-half-hour tour. Discover the architecture
and medieval history of a feudal village accompanied by
Saint Montan’s very own stonecutter.
Two possibilities :
A travel of 1 hour through defensive walls and defence systems of a medieval village dating from the 11th and 13th century with a stone cutter. A pedagogical and commented discovery about architecture, materials and techniques of that time.A pedagogical discovery followed by a demonstration of stone cutter (30 mn).
Or
A visit of the shrine of Saint-Montan (roman church, miraculous fountain, water upsurges, Grotte called Grotte de Lourdes. Hermitage. Sport or walking shoes are needed).
The visit is adapted to children and they feel involved.
